What would be your best version of yourself?

Your answer may vary depending on your goals and how you see your best self.

The general objective is to attain a sense of well-being, comprised of good physical, mental, emotional, and social health that leaves one feeling healthy, happy, and prosperous.

It is living a meaningful life.

And when you live that way, you must accept yourself and be true to who you are.

Optimal self means being your best in health, wealth, and social, mental, and emotional well-being (being wise).

But let me touch a bit about these areas: health, wealth, and mental well-being.

  • Health - optimal health is having that sound physical well-being. This includes the food you eat, adequate rest or sleep, exercise and quality food supplements.

  • Wealth - being wealthy is not about having all the money you need, instead, it is your ability to building wealth to preserving it for generations.

  • Mental being - our mental health includes our emotional, and social well-being. Taking care of our mental health is essential to maintain good thinking, emotions, behavior, and the ability to handle stress and interact with others.

The journey to becoming your optimal self is not always easy. But it is a journey that is worth taking. When you become your optimal self, you live the best possible version of your life.
